A combination of things I can't be bothered telling everyone in person, and things I want to tell everyone whether they want to hear it or not.

Out with the old...

First off, sorry for making Planet UCC bold! Should be fixed now.

I and Cam suddenly remembered mid watching of the increasingly crap Buffy that we needed to finish emptying the kitchen. This is how it looked at about 9pm last night:

Andf this is how it looks now, at 9am:

It was kind of cool watching the (anti)builder dissasemble the plywood with a crowbar. He also told me he's removing a tree from our garden, which I don't have a problem with as it happens but it might have been nice to be asked or at least given warning. Oh well.

Increasingly crap Buffy? Season five, I take it? Season six doesn't have that many highlights either... But season seven, then it goes back to being proper Buffy. =)

Actually, no, season seven. We were about 1/3 of the way through and it was all feisty slayerettes with a heart of gold, Unstoppable evil and Spike being soppy with NO PLOT (apart from "Its trying to kill us, we are trying not to die") But then Plot Happened and its ok now :) I still think they've tried to have their cake and eat it too with Spike- either he's evil, or he's a sooky 19th Century poet. He can't be good AND cool and the same time, they established that with Angel/Angelus. And for people against an omnipotent shapechanging bad guy they're doing a bit too well...anyway, plan to finish it all soon.. then No More Buffy! :(

Ahh right. I really liked season seven because I hadn't been liking it much (pretty much from the Riley/Adam season, with a few "yay!" episodes in between. plus I HATED Dawn), but seven came and BAM it was back to the early-season humour which I loved. Plus Spike was no longer banging Buffy and was instead insane. It was great.
I hated Angel too. Ugly bastard, plus his character was a pansy. Angelus only slightly better, because I preferred Spike and was annoyed that Angelus was edging in on his teritory.

Can't wait until Christmas when my Buffy collection will be complete and I can FINALLY start on my personal marathon. Should take a few months at least.
